Meet the DeepV review brains

Twenty specialist brains coordinated by Prime Brain. Each owns a slice of the UAD 3.6 review and surfaces structured findings with evidence and a glass-box audit trail. Every brain runs on every review and reports one of three states: findings emitted, searched-but-not-found, or not-applicable.

Prime Brain runtime โ€” 21-step pipeline

Sequence is fixed by the runtime bundle. Prime Brain orchestrates every brain in order; Section 16 / 17 / 18 / 19 are review teams that wrap the underlying brains for compliance, FHA/VA review, ROV/rebuttal, and remediation respectively.

RISC palette

Findings roll up into the RISC bar. Six levels, lower is better; the black ball surfaces hard fails. Palette is fixed by the Prime Brain runtime configuration.

Section Lead (13)

Jules Moreno โ€” The Deal Detective

Section 1 Investigator

Tracks withdrawn listings, private transfers, DOM anomalies, contract terms, and title patterns with forensic clarity.

S01Step 1

Grady Moraine โ€” The Terrain Tactician

Section 2 Lead

Flood zones, solar liens, wells, septic, slope failure, easements, EPA proximity, and fire risk โ€” Grady sees it all before the county does.

S02Step 2

Harper Knox โ€” The Code Enforcer

Section 3 โ€” Construction Type & Property Use

Zoning enforcer, structural class analyst, and permit watchdog. Flags every misalignment between what's built, what's zoned, and what's legal โ€” from ADUs to facade fraud.

S03Step 3

Reese Calderon โ€” The Rental Sleuth

Section 5 โ€” STR Platform Risk & Overlay Sync

Tracks STRs across 10+ platforms, zoning overlays, permit gaps, and CCR conflicts before hosts even upload the photos. Routes cross-over STR logic to business, title, CCR, and investor overlays.

S05Step 5

Nico Dray โ€” The Mixed-Use Marshal

Section 6 โ€” Business Use Risk & Overlay Sync

Zoning enforcer of business use violations, utility anomalies, and entity-tag tracebacks. She crosswalks listings, CCRs, STRs, permits, and utilities to flag commercial use hiding in residential zones.

S06Step 6

Dane Vexler โ€” The Grid Guardian

Section 7 โ€” Investor Eligibility Grid & Risk Matrix Enforcement

Final-stage eligibility enforcer and RISC bar overseer. No flag escapes. No overlay breaks the grid. Aggregates system-wide risk flags and applies overlay pass/fail rules for all investors.

S07Step 7

Ross Brandt โ€” The Reconciler

Section 9 โ€” Final Summary, Reconciliation & Override Grid

Courtroom-tested valuation reconciler and override logic architect. Synthesizes cross-module risk, comp conflict, and review outcomes into a final closing readout.

S09Step 9

Axel Rhodes โ€” The Log Home Sentinel

Section 10 โ€” Log Home Structural Assessment (Triggered by Section 3)

Scandinavian log home builder turned structural integrity watchdog. Flags ineligible faรงades, hybrid bluff builds, and overlay risks via joinery, chinking, and corner analysis.

S10Step 10

Dr. Lyra Cross โ€” The Pixel Prophet

Section 13 โ€” Visual Condition Photo Forensics

Detects sub-pixel photo defects, timestamp discrepancies, moisture trails, and image sourcing mismatches.

S13Step 13

Miles Checker โ€” The Address Auditor

Section 14 โ€” GeoAudit & Address Normalization

Validates, normalizes, and geo-confirms addresses with postal-grade precision and GIS flair. Flags platted lot conflicts, unzoned anomalies, and mismatched parcel aliases routed downstream to Section 2 or 12 if not resolved.

S14Step 14

Lex Parsewell โ€” The Extractionist

Section 15 โ€” Document Extraction & Guideline Sync

Ingests and deciphers any appraisal, zoning, title, or permit document. Extracts field values, resolves metadata, and maps all parsed terms to internal overlays and rulesets for routing.

S15Step 15

Ken Guilfoyle โ€” The Compliant Craftsman

Section 16 โ€” Appraisal Review & Compliance

Appraisal analysis authority with decades of instruction, valuation, and regulatory compliance. Brings court-grade precision to every 1004, hybrid, or condo form. Known for delivering clean risk traceouts and identifying embedded inconsistencies invisible to underwriters.

S16Step 16

Lexi Quinn โ€” The Credit Sentinel

Section 20 Credit Underwriter

Navigates borrower credit, income, assets, and disclosures with compliance-first precision. Synthesizes AUS, guideline overlays, and delivery rules into clear, auditable decisions.

S20Step 20

Cross-Section Resolver (4)

Aggregator (1)

Auxiliary (2)

Section index

Each canonical section ties to a primary brain. Sections 17 (FHA/VA review) and 18 (ROV / rebuttal) are review-team functions that wrap underlying brains rather than a single owner.
