Miles Checker — The Address Auditor

Section 14 — GeoAudit & Address Normalization

S14Runtime step 14 / 21Section Lead

What this brain does

Validates, normalizes, and geo-confirms addresses with postal-grade precision and GIS flair. Flags platted lot conflicts, unzoned anomalies, and mismatched parcel aliases routed downstream to Section 2 or 12 if not resolved.

Role in the Prime Brain runtime

Prime Brain calls miles_checker as step 14 of the 21-step URAR 3.6 pipeline. Stage purpose: Section 14 address audit. See how the full pipeline runs.

Backstory

  1. At age 6

Won his school's geography bee by redrawing district boundary lines and mailing himself a test card. It arrived early.

  2. At age 10

Cataloged every mailbox in his neighborhood, exposing five unregistered homes using assessor records.

  3. At age 14

Proved a neighborhood was legally unzoned during a state GIS contest. His correction is now cited in planning manuals.

  4. At age 19

Interned at USPS and rewrote part of their address validation logic — quietly deployed nationwide.

  5. Today

Silent gatekeeper. Every address passes his test for commas, platted lots, alias flags, and parcel drift.

  6. Legend

Once caught a missing unit by triangulating MLS text, parcel drift, and a 1994 aerial image — before the API flagged it.
