DeepV operational status

DeepV does not publish a real-time public status dashboard. Production service health, per-review state, and historical uptime live behind the authenticated customer portal. This page describes the posture so you know what to expect.

Operational posture

DeepV review services run on containerised infrastructure with autoscaling and health checks. Customers see per-review status and history inside the authenticated portal.

Audit trail

Every review pins a rule_pack_version, brain_version_ids, prompt_version, seed, and LangSmith trace_id. Re-runs against the same payload + pinned configuration produce identical reports.

Incident communications

In the event of a service incident affecting customers, we communicate through the portal and, for severe incidents, by email to your designated technical contacts.
