FAR widens the DeepV review beyond the appraisal payload. Each document category below becomes a first-class artifact, routes to the right brain, and contributes evidence references back to the audit trail.

Appraisal payload

Extracted fields

Subject, comparables, adjustments, photos, narrative, certifications.

Brain routing

Routed to Lex Parsewell (Section 15) → Ken Guilfoyle (Section 16) → full brain fan-out.

CU / SSR documents

Collateral Underwriter message bundle, SSR exports, prior AVM evidence.

Extracted fields

CU score, SSR risk rate, message-level resolution log.

Pinned in the audit trail; visible to later reviewers on the same file; never leaks across customers.

Audit + privacy posture

• Every document is pinned to the review record with a SHA hash, MIME type, page count, and upload timestamp.
• Reviewer chat over captured evidence resolves against committed artifacts only — never an open model.
• Memory is scoped to the file and the customer engagement. No cross-customer leakage.
• PDF download is gated behind the portal payment / report-completeness gate; admin-authorized review credits cover investor and internal demos.
